Every PizzaME base starts with a naturally risen sourdough, rested for over 24 hours before it’s shaped, topped and baked. The result? Light, airy, full of flavour and ready to carry whatever toppings Brighton throws at it.

Vegan, veggie, meat-lovers - everyone gets their perfect slice here. Pizzas are ready as REGULAR 12” or our GIGANTE 18”.
